Thai Plain Double-Handle Pressure Cooker (also known as the short-handle or dual-handle cooker) is a heavy-duty stovetop pressure pot manufactured by Thai Kitchen Ware. Unlike single-stick handle models or steamer variants that include inner trays, this "Plain" version is dedicated purely to standard, high-volume pressure cooking, stewing, and boiling.

Key Features & Design

Dual Short-Handle Configuration: Features two symmetrical, heavy-duty Bakelite handles mounted on opposite sides of both the pot and lid. This design eliminates awkward leverage, making it much easier and safer to lift and balance heavy meals with two hands.

Deep Cylindrical Body: Built with a plain, deep interior cavity (without an inner steamer plate or trivet), maximizing total usable liquid volume for curries, stocks, and grains.

High-Grade Aluminum Build: Made from food-grade, heavy-gauge polished/spun aluminum that heats up rapidly and ensures uniform heat distribution across gas and electric burners.

Outer-Locking Lid: Utilizes an outer-twist locking lid with reinforced locking lugs that clamp tightly over the rim to maintain a high-pressure seal.

 Dual Safety System:

Precision Weight Valve (Whistle): Fluted metallic pressure regulator that steadily releases excess pressure during cooking.

Metallic Safety Valve: Built-in auxiliary spring/fusible safety relief valve that vents steam automatically in the event of vent blockage.
